Today was an A day.
I got
- a great sleep
- a great work day
- a great work out
- a great evening
Wow what a good day
I had energy in they gym after a productive day. I finally ran 5mph for 1/2 my 15 minute run and I did pass the 1 mile mark under 13 minutes. This is good since I ran for a mile in 16 minutes earlier.
The combination of a great sleep with the CPAP and a light lunch.
I am truly feeling good.
