Was in the gym again in God knows how long.
The treadmill in the gym for some reason is easier to run on, but I still think it was progress over yesterday.
Ran at an average pace of 3.6, that would get me to finish the 1/2 marathon in time but that is a HUGE assumption that I can maintain that pace which I know I cannot.
But the deal is that I am running, and I am going by time running not speed or distance and I exceeded my expected running by running for 10 minutes which I was supposed to clock do only 7 minutes.
Tomorrow hope to do 8 on the tougher treadmill at home, so we will see if this pace carries over.
