Not Sure How To Measure

I skipped breakfast today but I ended up pretty much snacking all day.

Also went to a party in the evening (why I skipped breakfast) and not sure how much calories I ate, there are no nutrition charts when you go to a family party.

Second weekend since I have started this training and am noticing the numbers are harder to track during the weekend when I don’t eat normal.

We will see how it goes though, still feeling good and I stayed away from soda.

Did get on the treadmill, was hard to run though cause I ran after the party.
