My buddy AJ at work who is a photography pro gave me some tips on my photos.
- The first was a to use a light box. Which I hope to build in the next day or two.
- The second was to use a higher K light source.
- The third was to diffuse the light source.
Today I purchased a new webcam from Fry’s, and a light and lamp from Lowe’s.
Here is a pic with the normal light.
Here is a pic with the new light, I am bouncing it off our white ceiling to diffuse the harsh shadows.
In my opinion the colors seem a little bit better, not so yellow in the second pic.
Here are a pair of shots of the fruit on a white background.
Note that in this pic the background is more yellow, are as my buddy AJ said, looks like it was cigarette stained.

The ultimate goal is that I want a permanent setup to take photos of items to make it easy to post to my blog. These pics could have been much better with a DSLR, but for now, I want to see what I can do with a cheap webcam.
Next up is the light-box.
A little side note, Abbie mentioned that I may be able to make some extra $ by posting some of the stuff I do as a video on youtube.
Sounded exciting, recall I did some videos in the past, I showed here on of them and she mentioned it was soothing.
I will give it a shot. I got most of the gear I need.
As for working out, my personal trainer had us work on arms today, I felt like I tapped out too early. But afterwards during lunch the pot of Tea we had seemed more heavy than usual.
