Woohoo, I did a 4+ unusual for a Monday, I am happy I did it.

My time improved because I am better, not because of no stops. I did have a few stops and I felt a little bloated.
My time bodes well. I am running a mile at an 11:34 second pace. If I can get that time under 49 minutes I should be able to start hitting Lake Wa under 1 hour 20 minutes.
Still a way to go though.
Weight was not done under normal conditions, it was done in the afternoon. Weight profile is different then.
