Wish I was ahead, but at least I am on target.
Tomorrow I hit my first Lake WA run, it should be OK.
Soon my Mondays will be a 3k and my 1+1 runs become either 2+1 or 2.
For now, doing a workout video in the morning and a run in the afternoon works.
My run today was a little different, I ran the Seattle waterfront from Pier 70 to the ferry dock by Mcdonalds, some day I will map it out but pretty sure it is a mile.
It was cold though, felt tough to run.
