I didn’t think I could crack 50 minutes today on my run, but I did pretty good on my four plus.

That puts me at least in finishing the 1/2 marathon in under 3 hours. Still I would like to break 2.5 hours.
Even my weight is surprising, this is a weigh in under official conditions (in the morning after workout before breakfast). OK not quite early morning but still before my day really started.
With this starting weight, it is realistic for me to crack 250 before the run, maybe even 245 with an outside shot to crack 230 by end of year.
