Change is good sometimes, adds spice to life, but this “change” more reverts back to what worked for me in the past. Watch what I eat, and get some cardio.
This is just a change to get me a bit in shape, to shed some really bad weight I gathered, I blame a side effect of medication.
As of today, I think I have come down from my heaviest weight at the first day of Lent.
If I can get my weight down to under 320 before summer, I would be ecstatic.
Cut my hair today, looks good, also didn’t wear mask, some people did, but I think we all transitioning back.
