Stairs, I can do it!!!
I have struggled so much with stairs, I think psychologically I was holding myself back. Today PT guy had me do some stairs work, and I was successful. I could do a kick I could not do in the past.

My Back Does Feel Better
Went to PT today, and I did not realize how much better I feel. Getting in and out of a chair/car/bed is not as much of a struggle. I did not realize my back is so much better.
