Sore Ankles

Pain was really bad this morning, didn’t want to walk at all. Finally pain subsided around 5 or 6PM and I was able to walk but in pain again. Did some pushups and situps.

After playing football today I was really beat, but also my ankle really hurt. I don’t know if it is injured or overworked. I took something for the pain but will see if it comes back tomorrow. Super tired though.
